Membership Fees

Our fees are simple and transparent, as they should be with no hidden fees or complex invoicing. You'll know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting. And if you're wondering why you need a membership if you already have health insurance, see our benefits page. Memberships cover most all of what you are likely to need in annual primary care services, for WAY less than you'd spend out-of-pocket at a traditional practice. If you have a high-deductible policy (like most do), or subscribe to a cost-sharing program that doesn't cover primary care services, our clinic may be "just what the Doctor ordered" to save you money. And if you go without health insurance, our Membership plan is likely to be the next best thing to "an apple a day." You'll have most all the primary care services you'll need for about the same cost of your monthly cell phone bill. No matter how you currently pay for healthcare, we will work to keep you away from costly Urgent Care and ER visits, keeping your healthcare costs in budget.

**Medicare Patients over 65 will be cared for at standard medicare rates. We will enroll all appropriate medicare patients in a chronic care management plan, as possible. These plans will allow the same level of communication access, service and attention as our membership patients in a medicare approved fee structure that will only require a small monthly copay from our senior patients. We are happy to discuss more details of this program at your first visit, or you may access a link to learn more from the CMS website HERE.
